Marie-Alice Legrand

Student Fellows

Marie-Alice Legrand is a J.D. Candidate at Columbia Law School (Class of 2024) and a Student Fellow at the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership.

Prior to her affiliation with the Center, she was a Corporate Trainee Lawyer at the Paris offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Baker McKenzie from 2020 to 2021.

At Columbia, she is a Mentor at Legal Outreach - Mentoring Youth through Legal Education, a Member of the Columbia Business and Law Association and a Staff Editor at the Columbia Journal for Race and Law.

Marie-Alice holds a B.A. in History and a Master in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris, a Master in Law and International Management from HEC Paris as well as an LL.M. from Columbia Law School. She is admitted to the Paris Bar Association.
