The Millstein Center is delighted to announce our new Executive Director, Erica Mitnick Klein.
Erica joins us from Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York, where she worked for nearly a decade in the Corporate Practice, focusing most recently on topics in corporate governance and shareholder activism. Before that, she worked in the Strategic Planning Department of The Walt Disney Company, and began her career in the Communications, Media and Entertainment Group of the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs.
Erica is also very engaged in the academic community, and serves on the Harvard College Fund Executive Committee and The Dalton School Board of Trustees; she previously served on the Harvard Alumni Association Board of Directors. In addition, she is a founder and leader of the Harvard Alumnae Engagement Initiative.
We are confident that her experience in corporate governance and her strong ties in the academic and business communities will serve as great assets to the Center. We're thrilled that she has joined us.
