Lauren Bonner is the founder and Managing Partner of MBM Capital, a private equity firm which acquires control positions in orphaned, formerly venture-backed tech companies. Bonner is currently serving as the CEO of Juristat, an MBM portfolio business focused on the intellectual property space; its signature offering is patent portfolio analytics. She started her career in the management program at Bridgewater Associates, ultimately working for the CIOs in the research department. Bonner then joined 1/0 Capital, a fintech venture fund, as a partner, where she dropped into portfolio companies to drive operational scale and exits. Bonner was an executive officer at Point72, the $13b hedge fund prior to starting MBM Capital. She graduated from Harvard College with honors.
