Adam Fliss is a Founding Partner and the General Counsel of Patient Square Capital, a private investment firm focused exclusively on health care. Prior to Co-Founding Patient Square Capital, Adam was the General Counsel of TPG Capital, the private equity platform of alternative asset manager TPG. Prior to joining TPG in 2012, Adam was an Associate at Ropes & Gray. Adam received his BA from Tulane University and JD, Summa Cum Laude, from Suffolk University Law School. Adam serves as a trustee of nonprofit organizations Project Healing Waters, a national charitable organization dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of injured and disabled veterans through fly fishing and fly tying, and the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, the leading nonprofit provider of legal services in the Bay Area.
