We are thrilled to announce that Leo E. Strine, Jr., Former Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court, has joined the Center as the Ira M. Millstein Distinguished Senior Fellow.
In addition to being widely recognized as one of the most influential corporate law judges of the past decade following a distinguished 21 years of service on the Delaware bench, Chief Justice Strine is also a prolific corporate law scholar. We are honored to continue our work with him as he enters this new role.
