Michael is a third-year student at Columbia Law School. His academic interests include Delaware corporate law, corporate governance, and federal securities law. He is the author of a forthcoming Note on the 2025 amendments to Section 220 of the Delaware General Corporation Law, which governs stockholders’ right to inspect corporate books and records. He previously served as a teaching fellow for Professor Dorothy Lund’s Corporations course and is currently Executive Managing Editor of the Columbia Business Law Review. A Southern California native, Michael holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
